Nearby attractions includes the Patratu Lake resort and Palani Waterfall. Despite being less popular among the tourists, the state of Jharkhand has some of the best of hidden tourist destinations. The patratu Lake resort was inaugurated on October 2. The resort, located next to the Patratu dam has been built by State Tourism department, and appears to be a significant attraction for the tourists. The resort provides all the necessary amenities for the tourists. It also features a small park for children and offers many water rides and activities.
How to reach Patratu Valley:
Patratu is located at a distance of 30 km from Ramgarh. For better connectivity it is better to take a 40 km ride from the capital city of Ranchi. While travelling to the destination from Ranchi via Pithoria, the downhill journey is picturesque. The nearest airport to Patratu is Birsa Munda Airport, one can book a cab and can reach in almost 1 hour.
